Terms & Conditions and Official Raffle Rules
Oasis × Cycling Challenge
1 The Promoter and acceptance
This promotion (the “Raffle”) is operated by Oasis Protocol Foundation, 1 Irving Place # 08-11, The Commerze @ Irving, Singapore 369546 (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, making a prediction, or otherwise entering, you (“you”, “Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and Official Rules (the “Rules”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enter.
The Raffle is conducted via the Oasis × Cycling Challenge portal (the “Portal”). The Portal and your account also serve as your gateway to the Promoter’s products and brands — Oasis and Privana.
2 Campaign period
The Raffle opens on June 24th 2026 and the prize draw takes place on or around November 4th 2026, being approximately one month after the final eligible contest concludes (the European Championship men’s road race, 4 October 2026). We may change these dates (see Section 12). All times are UTC +2 CEST Central European Summer Time.
3 Eligibility
To enter you must:
- be aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
- not be resident in, or accessing the Portal from, a country or territory where the Raffle would be unlawful, or that is subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions, or that appears on our excluded-territories list;
- not be an employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of the Promoter or of any party professionally connected with the Raffle, where excluded by applicable law; and
- enter only once, using a single genuine account and a valid email address.
We may verify eligibility at any time and require proof of identity, age, and residence. We may refuse, disqualify, or remove any entry or account that does not meet these requirements.
4 No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entering does not require buying any product, token, or service.
5 How to enter and earn raffle tickets
Entries are measured in raffle tickets. Tickets are issued as follows:
- Sign-up ticket — creating an account (email verification) earns you one (1) ticket, automatically.
- Prediction tickets — for each listed contest you may predict the podium (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place). You earn one (1) ticket for each position you predict exactly correctly, up to three (3) tickets per contest. Entering prediction tickets is not mandatory to participate and or win any of the rewards.
There are five (5) listed contests in the current campaign: the Tour de France (men); the World Championship road races (men’s and women’s); and the European Championship road races (men’s and women’s). The maximum number of tickets a Participant can earn is therefore sixteen (16) — one for sign-up plus up to fifteen from predictions — unless we add or remove contests (see Section 12).
Making and changing predictions. You may submit or change your podium for a contest at any time until the prediction window closes, which is 24 hours before that contest’s scheduled start time (the “Lock Time”). After the Lock Time, predictions for that contest are final and can no longer be made or changed.
Ticket awards. Prediction tickets are awarded after we record the official result of a contest. Tickets, once validly awarded, are not transferable and have no cash value.
6 Results, scoring, and void or altered predictions
Official results govern. We determine the podium of each contest by reference to the official final classification published by the relevant race organiser or governing body. We may rely on results that are provisional pending official confirmation and adjust ticket awards if official results change.
Rider non-participation, withdrawal, or disqualification. Cycling start lists change. A rider you have predicted may fail to start, withdraw, abandon, be substituted, be relegated, or be disqualified. We are not responsible for any rider’s participation or performance. A prediction naming a rider who does not finish in the predicted position — for any reason, including non-participation, withdrawal, abandonment, relegation, or disqualification — simply does not score, and no ticket is awarded for that position. We are under no obligation to refund, re-open, or re-score a prediction because of a rider’s status, and predictions affected in this way may be treated as void.
Contest cancelled, postponed, shortened, or annulled. If a contest is cancelled, postponed beyond the campaign period, materially shortened, or its result is annulled, we may, at our sole discretion, void all predictions for that contest (awarding no tickets), score it on whatever official result exists, or substitute or remove the contest. No tickets are guaranteed in respect of any particular contest.
Ties, errors, and ambiguity. Where a result is tied, contested, ambiguous, or affected by an obvious error in our systems or a third party’s data, we may determine the outcome in our reasonable discretion, including correcting ticket counts.
7 The draw and odds of winning
At the close of the campaign, all validly issued tickets are entered into a single random draw. The draw is weighted by tickets: each ticket is one entry, so the more tickets you hold, the greater your chance of being selected — but every Participant holding at least one ticket has a chance to win, and no outcome is guaranteed. Your odds depend on the total number of tickets entered by all Participants, which we cannot predict.
We draw distinct winners until all prizes are allocated; a Participant may win no more than one prize. We may use a seeded random method and retain a record of the draw for audit purposes. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the draw are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
8 Prizes
The prize pool consists of up to ten (10) prizes, allocated to winners in draw order:
| Place | Prize (indicative) |
|---|---|
| 1 | Colnago V4Rs road bike |
| 2 | Signed team jersey and aero helmet |
| 3 | Signed team jersey |
| 4–10 | Aero helmet or official race jersey (one item per winner) |
Prizes are as described, subject to availability, and may be substituted for an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where we choose to offer a cash-equivalent alternative under Section 10. Prize images on the Portal are for illustration. Indicative values: [VALUES].
9 Winner notification, verification, and claim
Winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their account, on or after the draw date.
To claim a prize, a winner must, within 14 days of being notified: respond to confirm acceptance; verify their identity, age, and eligibility to our satisfaction; and provide accurate delivery and any tax information we reasonably require.
If a winner does not respond within the claim period, cannot be contacted, fails verification, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or provides false information, the winner forfeits the prize. We may then re-draw, select an alternate, or leave the prize unawarded, at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to keep your account email accurate and to check it (including spam/junk folders).
10 Prize delivery, taxes, and locations we cannot deliver to
We will arrange delivery of physical prizes to a valid address provided by the winner, at no shipping cost to the winner to standard serviceable destinations, within a reasonable time after verification.
Locations we cannot serve. We may be unable to deliver to certain destinations — including remote or “exotic” locations, PO boxes, sanctioned or embargoed territories, or places where delivery, import, or the prize itself is restricted, prohibited, or commercially unreasonable. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that we cannot lawfully or reasonably deliver a prize to a winner, we may: (a) offer a cash-equivalent or alternative prize; (b) require the winner to arrange and pay for onward shipping or collection; or (c) treat the prize as forfeited, with no further obligation to the winner.
Taxes, duties, and import charges. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage, or other charges arising from receipt of a prize, and for any declarations or registrations required by law. We may report or withhold where required.
Risk and title. Risk in a physical prize passes to the winner on dispatch or collection. We are not liable for loss, theft, damage, delay, customs seizure, or non-delivery by carriers or authorities once a prize has been dispatched, nor for a winner’s inability to receive or use a prize.
11 Conduct, disqualification, and exclusion
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, exclude, disqualify, suspend, or remove any Participant or entry, and void any tickets, for any reason, including (without limitation): suspected fraud, cheating, manipulation, bots or automation, multiple or fake accounts, abuse of the Portal, breach of these Rules, provision of false information, sanctions or legal-compliance concerns, or conduct we consider detrimental to the Raffle or the Promoter. We are not required to give reasons. Nothing in this Section limits our other rights or any rights you have under mandatory law.
12 Changes, suspension, and cancellation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right at any time, with or without notice, to amend, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel the Raffle or any part of it (including these Rules, the contests, the Lock Times, the ticket mechanics, the prizes, the dates, and the draw method), for any reason — including where the Raffle cannot be conducted as planned due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), technical failures, fraud, or legal or regulatory reasons. Where we make changes, the updated Rules take effect when posted on the Portal.
13 Communications and marketing
By entering, you agree that we may contact you by email about the Raffle, including service notifications such as race results, ticket awards, deadlines, and the draw outcome. These emails may also include marketing content about Oasis and Privana, sent in reliance on your marketing consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or as described in the Privacy Policy; we may still send you essential service messages necessary to administer the Raffle and your account.
14 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Portal, the Raffle, and any prize are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
- We exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of profit, data, or opportunity; and disappointment) arising out of or in connection with the Raffle, the Portal, your participation, any prediction or result, any rider’s participation or performance, any ticket, the draw, or any prize or its delivery, use, or non-receipt.
- We are not liable for: technical failures, interruptions, delays, data loss, or errors; acts or omissions of third parties (including race organisers, riders, carriers, payment, hosting, wallet, or email providers); or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify the Promoter against claims arising from your breach of these Rules or misuse of the Portal, to the extent permitted by law.
15 Publicity
Where you have given any consent required by law, we may announce or publish the first name, last initial, and country/region of winners for transparency. We will handle any personal data used for publicity in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
16 No affiliation; intellectual property
The Raffle is operated by the Promoter. References to races, teams, riders, and organisations are for identification and commentary only and do not imply that any rider, team, race organiser, or governing body endorses or is otherwise affiliated with this Raffle, except where expressly stated. Trade marks and content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or misuse Portal content except as permitted.
17 Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Rules.
18 Governing law and disputes
These Rules are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [COURTS / DISPUTE FORUM], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
19 General
- Severability: if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
- Entire agreement: these Rules and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Raffle.
- Assignment: we may assign or transfer our rights and obligations; you may not.
- Language / conflicts: in case of conflict between these Rules and any marketing summary of the Raffle, these Rules prevail.
